Everyday I will! Starts tomorrow 5/22/2013
My 1 month challenge to be the person who I think I want to be:
1. Every day I will do 30 minutes or more of Cardio Exercise.
2. Every day I will drink at least 1 gallon of water.
3. Every day I will devote time to sharpen my craft as an actor.
4. Every day I will put Coconut Oil on my face and brush my teeth at night before I go to sleep.
5. Every day I will refrain from eating SUGAR and BREAD.
June 22nd is the Mud Run. I will be in shape. I will be acne free. I will be gluten free. I will not have had any un-natural sugar. And I will be a more confident, happy individual.
On June 23rd I will re-evaluate my life style and look upon what I’ve achieved. I hope to feel fit. I hope to understand sore is a good feeling. I hope to have achieved my 5 above goals, as strict as could be.
